Hi, I’m Kalie.
(pronounced kay-lee)
program strategist, organizational researcher, and social impact consultant
I help mission-driven organizations turn bold ideas into actionable strategies. With 15+ years of leadership experience in program and project management across the nonprofit, academic, and public sectors, I specialize in leading cross-sector collaborations, managing complex initiatives, and building systems that work—equitably and effectively.
As a former nonprofit leader, past researcher at Wharton School of Business, Columbia Business School, and Harvard University, and current technology program manager for an academic start-up lab, I bring deep expertise in organizational theory, social impact strategy, and technology governance. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), hold a Project Management Certificate from Harvard University, and have completed the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification from the Project Management Institute. My work is rooted in the belief that public and private sectors can—and must—work together to design more inclusive information and technology systems.
I’m available for consulting projects focused on:
program & organizational development, including grant writing
strategic planning & implementation
change management & stakeholder engagement
