(pronounced kay-lee)
I want to change how we think about social impact.
I am an organizational theory researcher, public sector leader, and organizational change consultant dedicated to revolutionizing what it means to create sociotechnical systems that work for everyone.
In my prior decade as a nonprofit professional, recent experience as a research fellow at Columbia Business School, and now researcher at Harvard University’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, I believe, through data, research, and inclusive analysis, the public and private sectors can work together to use technology for good.
